Snow-Angels.net is owned and run by Kitty-chan (a.k.a. me!). My dad bought it for me on the 26th of August, 2005, because...well...I asked him to. ^-^;; Actually, I needed someplace to host my (currently neglected) fanfiction besides ff.net, and I didn't seem to think that an entire domain was too much for a few fanfics. So, sa.net evolved from there. ^-^
